Uniforms of the Reich Armee in 1734-35, part 7: Danish Auxiliary Corps

Denmark agreed to provide an Auxiliary Corps of 6,000 (4,000 of infantry & 2,000 of cavalry) men. The treaty was signed on 26 May of 1732, the additional convention - on 11 Nov. 1732. The Corps under General-Lieutenant von Morner was formed in spring of 1734 & joined the Kreis army on Rhine in the end of June 1734.
Generalstab 144 men, 314 horses

  • Scholten, 2014 men 
Cavalry:

  • von Kaas Curassier, 673 men, 632 horses
  • Graf Friesen Cuirassier, 673 men, 632 horses
  • Leib-Dragoner (obrist Ahlefeld), 678 men, 632 horses 
The Corps totaled 6,195 men & 2214 horses.
