I wrote a lot about Russian Auxiliary Corps on Polish-Saxon service in 1704-06. Now it's time for some words about it's commander who led it at Fraustadt.
Hans Herrmann Wostromimirski von Rockittnigk was born on 14 August 1647.
1664 - entered military service as a soldier in Mollison Foot (Luneburg)
1667 - soldier in Herzog Bernhard von Holstein Foot (Spain) in Flanders
1670 - Gefreiter in Torsay Foot (Holland), 1671 - Ensign in the same regiment, 1672 - Leutnant, 1673 - Kapitanleutnant, 1677 - Kapitan
1677 - entered Saxon service in a rank of Kapitan
1680 - Kapitan in Leibregiment zu Fuss
1690 - Oberstwachmeister in Reuss zu Fuss
1692 -Major in a new-raised Leibgarde zu Fuss
1694 - Oberstleutnant in Dohna zu Fuss
1697 - Oberstleutnant in Robel zu Fuss
1697 - Oberst in Dresden garrison
1699 - Brigadier
1700 - General-Major, participated in the taking of Cober Schanze near Riga.
1702-04 was in the Saxon Auxiliary Corps on Imperial service (link)
1704, November - Chief of Staff of the Russian Auxiliary Corps on Polish-Saxon service. That time he stayed on Saxon service (link)
1705, January 14 - Entered Russian service in a rank of General-Major (the agreement is in RGADA).
1705 - Promoted to General-Lieutenant.
1705, Dec - After Patkul's arrest Wostromimirski became the commander of the Russian Auxiliary Corps.
1706, Feb. - Commander of the Russian Corps at Fraustadt.
1706, spring - Wostromimirski left Russian service & entered back to Saxon one. The same year he became a commandant of Kurfusrt's residence (Residenzfestung) in Dresden.
1714, November 25 - Promoted to General der Infanterie.
1718, Feb. 7 - Died at the age of 54 years.
