Great Britain also agreed to restore Altona Treaty (see also: Dutch squadron under Adm. Almonde) & sent a squadron to Baltic Sea. It’s commander was Admiral James Rooke
(Shrewbury), his second-in-command was Rear-Admiral Thomas Hopsonn (Nassau).
The squadron consisted of 10 ships-of-line, 2 frigates, 2 fire-ships, a mortar
ship & a yacht. It was in total 594 cannons & 3053 men.
